He also represents clients in real estate disputes, including specific performance suits and possession claims, before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. In the intellectual property space, Pankaj provides end-to-end advisory on the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of IP rights. He regularly handles trademark filings, oppositions, rectifications, and infringement litigation. His broader corporate-commercial practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts such as shareholders’ agreements, service contracts, licensing and distribution agreements, NDAs, contract manufacturing agreements, and property-related transactions across multiple sectors.
Pankaj regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, district and commercial courts, and arbitral tribunals. He also coordinates with a wide network of counsel across South India to handle multi-jurisdictional disputes effectively.
