He has been involved, inter alia, in conducting legal due diligences (corporate and land) on target companies. Advised on a range of commercial contracts as well as drafted & negotiated numerous agreements including Share Purchase and Subscription Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Employment Agreements, Distributorship Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Non-Disclosure, Consulting Services and Retainer Agreements etc.

Additionally, focuses on Corporate & Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Assisting Clients on labour, employment and factory/ establishment related issues i.e. Factory compliances and Environment laws compliances. Siddharth graduated from MDU National Law College, Gurgaon in the year 2005 and was admitted to Punjab & Haryana Bar Council in the year 2005.
